Owner/Producer, Catherine Miale spent several years editing and producing videos and digital pictures for friends and family before deciding to invest in the latest technology, training and software. With Catherine’s technical and creative talents, experience and training, OC DVD is able to provide a complete range of Digital Solutions for the consumer and commercial markets.

Why did you start this business: I saw a need. It is something I began doing as a hobby, because it speaks to my creative side and my passion for technology, and I realized that there is a huge market for this type of service. I had a lot of people ask me to create photo and video productions when they saw what I was doing.

Everyone has boxes or albums full of pictures and VHS tapes they never look at. And when they finally get around to it, they find the media has faded and degraded. DVD makes it fun and convenient to preserve those old memories and to share them with friends and family. There are also a great number of digital photos and videos "stuck" on memory cards that never get printed or viewed. We can take those pictures off the cards and make great video scrapbooks (digital photo conversion) or fully authored and edited productions. Most importantly, DVD lasts a lifetime.
